 We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer focused Client Service Representative to join our team. The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.

Client Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure customer information is current
  • Monitor customer feedback and report it to management
  • Create reports on customer service metrics
Client Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school or Equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing customer needs and demands
