How You Will Contribute

Pulsara’s Customer Success Specialist is a local Pulsara resource responsible for managing the successful deployment of Pulsara features, driving customer adoption, and delivering exceptional results by proactively managing customer relationships and maximizing their utilization of the Pulsara platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, influencer, and advocate for our customers.


Primary Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all customers within the territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes.
  • Become an expert on the Pulsara platform, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and value.
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of Pulsara ONE and Pulsara UNITED customers, establishing yourself as their trusted advisor and influencer.
  • Manage deployment of Pulsara products, including the following activities:
    • Participation in Pulsara socialization and assessment of customer needs, goals, and areas for communication improvement;
    • Identification of customer workflow requirements and recommendation of best practices to meet and/or exceed customer goals;
    • Communication with the customer throughout the configuration process to obtain feedback and approval;
    • Ensuring the customer’s training needs are met prior to active use of the platform.
  • Effectively coordinate with project teams to adhere to project timelines.
  • Effectively communicate platform features and product information for new releases, facilitating adoption and driving results.
  • Provide internal feedback on customer needs, helping shape Pulsara's continuous improvement efforts.
  • Proactively identify and generate expansion opportunities such as up-selling, add-ons, and cross-selling.
  • Serve as an onsite resource during stress events, such as wildfire evacuations, pandemics, or extended MCI (Mass Casualty Incidents), supporting EM operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer details in the CRM software.
  • Participation in the rotating customer support on-call schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to perform in a collaborative setting with a strong desire, and track record, to be a critical part of a high-functioning, geographically distributed team.
