Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information about our genomic testing services.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring effective and timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Arbelos Genomics' testing services and products to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and navigating our online platform.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including laboratory and sales teams, to coordinate responses and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical laboratory processes or genomics is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
