POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enrollment Processor II is responsible for maintaining a database for transcript ordering procedures and academic records received. Incumbent must assure that the South University philosophy is considered in carrying out all duties and responsibilities. This philosophy includes the provision of quality services to clients; development, growth, involvement, and recognition of employees; application of sound economic principles; and maintenance of an environment that is conducive to innovation, positive thinking, and expansion.

KEY JOB ELEMENTS:
  • Ensure that academic records are properly maintained; files are updated, kept in order, and adhere to state, federal and accreditation regulations.
  • Maintain database for transcript ordering procedures for each institution.
  • Order transcripts for prospective students (high school, GED, or college transcripts).
  • Process incoming high school, GED, and college unofficial and official transcripts.
  • Submit college transcripts for transfer of credit review.
  • Process all requested Student Identification cards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Two or more years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise with MS Office as well as field-related hardware and software packages and systems for reporting features.
