Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Care Ambassador for the Arnold Team at Concentrix, you will:

  • Reviewing of existing customer accounts to make sure we are caring for all of their needs and caring for the accuracy of their account services and information
  • Maintain, acceptable production levels as set by management
  • Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
  • Standard verification and authentication for customer account – integrity
  • Provide high level of customer service and empathy
  • Strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
  • Validating policy and what the customer have it on the customers policy
  • Check status of claims
  • Must have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
    • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems
    • Participate in ongoing training and self-development
    • Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information and online resource tools
    • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies
    • Participate in activities designed to improve business performance
    • Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained

Who You Are:

As a Customer Care Ambassador your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:


  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
  • Must provide own equipment personal desktop or laptop - no Chromebooks or Apple products - bring your own device
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
  • To have a strong heart and mind for servicing others
  • Comfortable with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be comfortable being on web camera
  • Able to utilize tools and resources to efficiently our customers
  • Need to be able to articulate in a business acumen manner
  • Ability to breakdown complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for our customers
  • Ability flexible with the hours of operation
  • Open and receptive to feedback from leadership
  • Proactive in self upskilling and knowledge training
  • Ability to cross reference job aids while assisting a customer
