Care Planning Institute is looking to hire a Home Care Aide Recruiter. This position is a remote worker position - but must be located within 60 miles of our Coprorate Office in Irvine, California.
The position recruites home care aides in multiple cities/states to meet the needs of Care Planning Institute office locations. Care Planning Institute (CPI) pays its home care aides in the top 99.9% of going hourly rates. CPI uses an online recruiting tool to find caregivers. This person will be trained on the recruiting tool and then responsible for posting new jobs and contacting applicants to interview them, screen, and extend employment offers.

The position pays $50K in annual Salary. In addition, a $1/hour commission is paid for every hour of work that each home care aide they recruit works. This ball of work hours will grow each month indefinately - as more and more home care aides are recruited and hired by this recruiter.
