This is a remote position / candidates MUST reside in Minnesota.
What You Will Do:
-Responsible for creating sales orders to dispense monthly refills on needed medical supplies
-Obtain yearly medical documentation as required by insurance company or CHM policy
-Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers
-Take sales orders and answer all questions/inquiries over the telephone or by fax
-Finalize orders and sends information to billing
-Attend vendor and company sponsored in-services training and complete all required and primary courses in DME training
What We Are Looking For:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills
-Customer service experience
-Prev. experience or education in medical terminology, medical billing or related (helpful but not required)
About the Role:
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $17-18/hour
