Responsibilities:
- Assisting in prepping of the food and concessions areas before gates open
- Greeting customers and taking orders via cash or charge transaction
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment AT ALL TIMES
- Breaking down and cleaning of concessions areas after EVERY event
- Prepping of food and supplies prior to gates open
- Properly cooking of products, making sure quality and portion control standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment AT ALL TIMES
- Breakdown and cleaning of kitchen areas after EVERY event
- Assisting in prepping of food and concessions areas prior to gates opening
- Taking order tickets from cashiers, preparing customer’s orders, and passing out orders on the pick-up side of the concessions stand.
