PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED:
Two (2) years of Spa Receptionist experience
Experience in retail
Experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting.
