Mary's Woods is looking for a Server with exceptional communication and customer service skills to join our team and work in our open concept style Adriatic Kitchen. As a Server at Mary's Woods, you will be serving meals and creating a clean and beautiful table for residents and guests to enjoy while continuing to promote our mission and vision. No experience required - we will provide all necessary training!
Mary's Woods is a premier senior living community in Lake Oswego that feels just like any progressive community in Portland. We provide residents with over 100 years of history in a 40-acre wooded wonderland. We are a not-for-profit Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community that prides ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring, welcoming culture, historic grounds and amazing views.
Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:
- Assist in the set-up of tables and the seating of residents

Must be courteous at all times, taking resident food orders, serving food, bussing tables, and resetting table once the resident has departed- Follow daily sanitation cleaning schedules
- Must maintain a pleasant demeanor and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- No experience required

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - This is a full-time position working 5 days/40 hours per week including holidays.
