OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Dishwasher ensures a clean and safe kitchen area for all staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean all kitchen items such as tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment including machines, walls, and floors.
- Responsible for separating, bagging and removal of all trash receptacles and rubbish to designated areas.
- Gather items from the kitchen for disposal or washing.
- Properly washes, sanitizes, and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
- Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for café and kitchen.
- Handles tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Monitor dish machine performance to ensure sanitary cycles.
- Washes worktables, walls, and work areas.
- Responsible for setting up dishwashing and pot sink area for service.
- Responsible for sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerators, and café area.
- Adheres to loss prevention and security policies and procedures.
- Complies with all store/ company policies, practices, and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
- Dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work under the direction of the Chef.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace while standing for long periods of time.
- Physical requirements: able to bend, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, lift, and move boxes up to 35 lbs. Hand coordination and dexterity for rapid production.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
This position pays $19.00 per hour.
