Your lead role as a RECONCILIATION AVENGER can do just the same within our Debt Recovery Department. YOU can make a significant impact within the iCare Universe. You’ll be helping consumers reorganize their debt and saving the company thousands of dollars in newly accrued debt (0-90 days) and collectable delinquencies (91+ days).
With a base salary of $36,000 and unlimited bonus potential (un-capped bonus op) By tapping into your recovery mode SUPER-POWER, you can SOAR through our Bonus Universe, based on your performance. Our Top Performing Avengers achieve money motivated results consistently, month over month in uncharted dimensions.

· Success Factor 1: Within first 3 months of a stair step ramp up period you will be expected to achieve:
- Prorated Principal Collections goals month over month
- Prorated Recoup Goal month over month
- Prorated Late Fee/NPF Goals month over month
- No unauthorized attendance occurrences and or incidents
- Efficiently navigate our system of records
- Follow CFPB regulatory guidelines
- Follow FDCPA, State and Local Law guidelines
- Follow HIPAA guidelines
- Effectively maintain Quality Assurance/Compliance Scoring of 90% or >.
- Maintain Gap Report guidelines
- Maximize negotiation techniques and settlement offers with the consumer
- Remain calm and professional in de-escalating irate consumer situations Proficient in overall work standards, policies, and procedures

Success Factor 2: By month 4 you will be expected to achieve:
- Exceed Success Factors #1
- Reduced Wrap up time
- Increased Right Party Contacts
- Post-Dated-Payments of 25% at the start of month
- Achieve 80% or > of all assigned collection goals
✓ Opportunity for base pay increase after successful 120 days and again at 1 year.
Your valued role as a RECONCILIATION AVENGER will be to complete a minimum combination of 275 Inbound/Outbound calls daily with the desire result of speaking with the consumer, empathically acknowledging to their reasons for delinquency and offering the maximum repayment structure to create a win-win for both the consumer and iCare. Also, while brandishing your super-hero cape, you will need to “skip-trace” accounts for additional location information, 3rd party contacts and verify assets to determine the consumer’s ability to repay.
