Job Summary:
The Director, Clinical Operations, Care at Home, is responsible for organizing, directing, and overseeing daily operations as well as clinical processes and procedures for the Care at Home program/service line. This role is responsible for management of daily operations, financial oversight, staff management for the service, in partnership with the program’s Medical Director and lead-Nursing executive. Serves as liaison with other ancillary departments supporting Care at Home, including Pharmacy, Care Management, Social Work and Therapy. This position works collaboratively with our partner home health agency to ensure optimal clinical operations with a lens on clinical quality and patient safety at home, and the efficient and effective functioning of clinical processes for the program. The Director also functions as a key liaison with the health system’s regulatory, legal, utilization management, revenue cycle, finance, and managed care teams to ensure the program’s success. The Director plays an important role in the development and evaluation of new models processes within the program, as the field of care at home continues to evolve, including adapting to any regulatory changes.

High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Science in Nursing, and/or related.
Licenses: N/A
Experience:
3 years Inpatient/acute care operations experience.
5 years Leadership/management experience in a healthcare delivery system, specifically in an inpatient/acute care setting with clinical operations oversight. Clinical qualifications and/or home-based care experience advantageous.
Physical Demands:
Sit at a desk or table with some walking, standing, bending, stooping, or carrying of light objects.
Perform continuous operation of a personal computer for four hours or more.
Use hands and fingers to handle and manipulate objects and/or operate equipment.
